It all started in 2024 with one designer who believed tiny businesses deserved real marketing support. Not agency leftovers, not another DIY template.

A few years (and a whole lot of client wins) later, that dream is now a tiny-but-mighty marketing & design agency. With a whole community around us.

Most agencies won't even talk to you until you're clearing $250k+ a year, with thousands for spendy monthly retainers and complicated campaigns. That's not realistic, or necessary, for most micro-businesses (<10 employees).

Founded by Lark Frazier, a UX-certified designer with over a decade of experience in technology and small business marketing. The agency specializes in accessible Squarespace websites and managed marketing for folks who need real expertise but don't have the overhead for an in-house team.
