My famous Discovery Workshop is the heart of what makes my design process different from other designers. It’s a 90-minute workshop over zoom where we really dig into what you do, why you do it, and who your business serves.
I want your website or process to be perfect for YOU and YOUR clients, which means I have to take the time to learn about you! The Discovery Workshop is, arguably, my favorite part of the design process.
I keep it fun and 100% of past clients have said that the discovery workshop alone made working with me worth it as it helped them think about their business and clients in a new way! -
A feeling of empowerment and clarity about the improvements you want to make!
At the end of the process, we’ll go over my research presentation together. I’ll share what I found based on 10 key metrics for website success. I’ll go over al background research I did: competitors/industry research, applicable white page research, and user research. And finally, we’ll go over a list of creative solutions to any problems I spotted, ranked by importance of addressing.

If, in our intro chat, we decide that my standard approach to this consultation will work best for your business, there’s a standard fee of $1000.
If we decide that more or less extensive testing or research is going to be needed, then I’ll give you an estimate based on my hourly consulting rate. -
